Yarn review - What's your flavor?

Yarn comes in so many delicious colors and textures that it can become an addiction. There is everything from inexpensive acrylic yarn to "That's more than I payed for my first car" yarn.

Yarn review is about exploring them all. Thier different uses, pros and cons, price range and where they are sold.

Ultimately your choice of yarn will depend on your needs, project, taste and financial situation. So what's your flavor?

First (but not least) let's start with inexspensive yarn. There are quite a few companies that sell this type but let's focus on the biggies. Here we have listed the largest and devoted a page to each so you have a good idea about each brand.
